“Your future will be determined by 3 things:
1. One big decision to go all in.
2. Repetitive and focused daily action.
3. The ability to persist, iterate and stick out the guaranteed lows on your journey.”

It’s quite simple really, we all have great ideas but not many of us have the ability to execute wholeheartedly. It’s often a fear of failure that’s the cause of this.
Consistency is key here, small actions everyday, over a long period of time.
Remember it’s a marathon not a sprint.

Tribal loyalty and principles can't both be sacred—you have to choose one.

Master the Art of Getting Things Done: The 2-Minute Rule
This week, we're introducing you to the simple, yet powerful, "2-Minute Rule"…
As with all the frameworks we provide (in each weeks Newsletter) - take what works for you - and discard the rest.
Keep it simple.
This small gem is taken from David Allens ‘Getting Things Done (GTD)’ system.
The Two Minute Rule states that if a task can be completed in two minutes or less, do it immediately. This approach allows you to quickly handle small tasks, reducing the chances of procrastination and task build-up.
Here's how to implement the 2-Minute Rule:
Review your to-do list or tasks for the day.
Identify tasks that can be completed in two minutes or less.
Complete these tasks immediately.
For tasks that take longer than two minutes, either delegate, schedule, or break them into smaller tasks.
Benefits of the 2-Minute Rule:
Increases productivity by quickly clearing small tasks from your list.
Reduces stress by preventing the build-up of minor tasks.
Frees up mental space for focusing on more significant tasks.
Enhances your sense of accomplishment by ticking off tasks quickly.
Challenge yourself to implement the 2-Minute Rule in your daily routine and witness a boost in your productivity and overall sense of achievement.
If you interested in learning more about this system, feel free to check out the full book here.
